We had our daughter’s wedding at your venue on Saturday 12.3.2011. It was a mixture of Lebanese and Australian people. As the Mother of the Bride and having attended other venues for friends childrens weddings including Aqua at the Imax – Ritz Carlton Double Bay – La Montage, Oatlands House, I would say yours topped all. I have had nothing by praise for your staff particularly Nicole and your operations manager and the young man on the night. All were so helpful. If ever you need any form of assistance in promoting or using our photo’s which are spectacular please do not hesitate to contact us. The MC and Band and Cake were incredible a true mix of both cultures with a DJ for Aussies thrown in.

Thank you very much to you and your staff. Although I feel that my "thank you's" will never be enough to show my gratitude to Grand Royale for all that you've done for me and my family. From the start and conceptualizing of the party, up to the the end and clean up, your professionalism and attention to detail is top notch!
The venue--- Attention to all details. The whole set up was spectacular. I kept hearing "wow" and "oh my!" and "Beautiful!" from all my guests. People didnt stop taking pictures of everything. Cameras just won't stop clicking! All night long, I get compliments from everyone how great the place is and how in the world did I find a gem among all the busy-ness of Granville?! The table setting was great. The stage was superb It was a photobooth on it's own. The entrance was a success. The lights....oh wow, it was spectacular. The dry ice and fireworks was just icing on the cake. I even have to mention that the restrooms/toilets were impeccably clean.
The food was amazing. That risotto entree was out of this world. Me and my friends can't stop raving about it. I know a boy who rarely likes anything but man, did he devour that risotto like chips and gravy. Hats off to your chef, Amilio.
The staff --- Marlene, I will forever be grateful to you. If your aim was to please and satisfy your clients, then pat yourself on the shoulder because you've done just that. If your aim was to make your clients happy, then give yourself a big cheer because we are very, very happy. I often wished that you were there in that party so you can see and hear the awe and joy in me and my family's faces. And so that you can see how great of a job you are doing. I so wanted you to be there to give you a great big hug in appreciation of the success of that night. I hope that you will never end this career you've got yourself into because it is a career that brings joy to a lot of people. I can never thank you enough
To George and George, two great men. I overheard the way you briefed your staff just before the party and I must say, if my boss is that precise and detailed to insist on a perfect job, then I wouldn't want to stuff up. Your waiters were all smiles and very knowledgeable of what they were serving. Please thank your staff and waiters for being so courteous to me and my guests. Please also thank them for being so responsive and quick to the requests of my guests.
My daughter kept telling me of how special she felt whenever you talk to her. George kept calling her "my lady" and it gave her giggles being called that way. George, the fireworks' timing was impeccable! Great job! And I should also thank you for insisting when to use the 2nd set of dry ice (father-daughter dance). It showed me how much you care for the party to look as good as it should be. Sending those food to the VIP room was also a touch of how much you care for your clients. You guys were like fairy godmothers to me and my daughter that night....We ask, and you provide. Thank you very much for everything.
I was told that pictures of that party was all over facebook the next day. My family and friends are still talking about that party. They keep telling us that no matter how much my husband and I have spent on that party, it was well worth it. If we were to do it all over again, I would still choose Grand Royale. My daughter's friends were saying it was the best one they've been to and that they are very envious of her. A lot of parents were asking details about it. The party was a big success.
Needless to say that me and my family will be one of Grand Royale's biggest fans and will be telling everyone about you. You can put a big tick next to our name as one of your very satisfied and very happy clients. More power to you and your staff. May God bless you.
